Glenn Kramer with his 1932 Ford “Shop Truck” (Photography by: Coalition Imagery)
My name is Glenn Kramer. I graduated from Portland Oregon Upholstery School in 1980 and started Hot Rod Interiors by Glenn in 1983. Since then I have built custom interiors for hundreds of cars. I will, on occasion, lend my skills to a hot boat, restored classic car, or other off-beat request, but my passion is with hot rods and customs. Like many others, this passion was passed onto me by my Dad. He was always working on one of his cool cars while I was growing up.
My work has been featured in many magazines (with several being on the cover) including Street Rodder, Rod and Custom, Classic Trucks, Hop Up, Goodguys Gazette, Rod Action, Ford 5.0, and NSRA Street Scene. Many of the cars we work on at Hot Rod Interiors have been recognized with awards at The Grand National Roadster Show, Goodguys regional and national shows, as well as several local car shows. I, myself, have been fortunate to have my personal cars featured in Street Rodder and Hop UP. My current shop truck has won multiple awards at Goodguys events and was featured on the T-shirt art for the first Spring Lonestar Nationals in 2011. My 1927 Ford Roadster was a Street Rodder top 10 pick in 2000.
